This website and its services are operated by CAD BOLT ("CAD BOLT", "we", "us"), a BIM and engineering services business based in India.

1. Information we collect

• Contact and enquiry details you submit through quote, call-booking or contact forms: name, email, phone/WhatsApp number, service of interest and project details.
• Files you upload to our tools (photos, sketches, drawings, models, documents) so the tool can process them.
• Payment and order data when you buy AI credits or passes: order ID, amount, credits purchased and used, and the email or phone linked to the order. Card, UPI and bank details are entered on Razorpay’s checkout and are processed by Razorpay; we do not receive or store your full card or bank details.
• Technical data: IP address (stored in hashed or truncated form where possible), browser type, pages visited, approximate country, and data needed for security, rate-limiting and fraud prevention.
• Preferences saved in your browser’s local storage, such as your language choice or dismissed notices.

2. How we use it

• To reply to enquiries, prepare quotes and deliver the services you ask for.
• To run AI tools, keep a balance of your credits and show your order history.
• To process payments, refunds and invoices, and meet tax and accounting obligations.
• To keep the site secure, prevent abuse and improve our services.

We do not sell your personal data. We do not use files you upload to train public AI models.

3. Service providers we share data with

We share only what is needed with providers who process data for us: Razorpay (payments), Cloudflare (hosting, security, storage and AI processing), our email delivery provider (to send enquiry notifications and receipts) and WhatsApp-based notification services (to alert our team about new enquiries). We may also disclose information where required by Indian law or a lawful request from authorities.

4. Retention

Enquiries are kept for as long as needed to respond and follow up, and normally not longer than 3 years after our last contact. Payment and invoice records are kept for the period required under Indian tax and accounting laws. Uploaded files used only by an online tool are kept for a limited period to deliver the result and then deleted, unless they form part of a paid project.

5. Your rights

Subject to applicable law, including the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, you can ask us to access, correct or delete your personal data, or withdraw consent for future processing. Email [email protected] and we will respond within a reasonable time.

6. Security

We use HTTPS, access controls and reputable infrastructure providers. No online system is completely secure, so please avoid uploading information you do not need to share.

7. Children

Our services are intended for adults and businesses. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 18.

8. Changes

We may update this policy. The date above shows the latest version.
