1. About these terms

By using cadbolt.in or buying credits or services from CAD BOLT you agree to these terms. If you are using the site for a company, you confirm you are authorised to accept them for it.

2. Services

CAD BOLT provides BIM modelling and coordination, architectural, structural and MEP design support, quantity estimation and visualization. Scope, deliverables, timelines and fees for project work are set out in the quote or proposal we agree with you, which takes priority over these terms if they conflict.

3. Prepaid AI credits and passes

• Some online tools (for example AI renders, 2D-to-3D, planner and assistant features) use prepaid credits or time-limited passes bought through Razorpay in Indian Rupees.
• Prices and the number of credits each action uses are shown before you pay. Prices include or exclude GST as stated at checkout.
• Credits are linked to the email or phone used at purchase, are for your own use and are not transferable or exchangeable for cash except as described in our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
• We may set reasonable limits to prevent abuse and will tell you on the site if pricing changes; changes do not affect credits you have already bought.

4. AI output

AI-generated images, models, layouts and answers are indicative concept material. They are not a substitute for drawings, calculations or advice prepared and checked by a qualified professional for your specific site, and must not be used for construction or approval without such review. Online calculators give approximate guidance only.

5. Your content

You keep ownership of files you upload. You confirm you have the right to upload them and give us permission to process them to provide the service. Do not upload unlawful content or content that infringes others’ rights.

6. Intellectual property

The website, its design, text and software belong to CAD BOLT. For paid project work, ownership and licence of deliverables pass to you as stated in the agreed proposal once fees are paid in full.

7. Acceptable use

Do not misuse the site, attempt to bypass payments or limits, scrape it at scale, or interfere with its security.

8. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, CAD BOLT is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, and our total liability for a claim relating to credits or online tools is limited to the amount you paid for them in the 3 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 that cannot be excluded.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at the place of CAD BOLT’s registered office (see above) have jurisdiction, subject to any consumer forum rights you have.
