Navisworks Clash Detective: Report > HTML (Tabular) or XML, with the image folder (add the images, or drop one ZIP with the report and its folder). Revit: Collaborate > Interference Check > Export (HTML). BCF 2.1 and 3.0 files (.bcf / .bcfzip) with their snapshots.
By a simple rule you can edit: penetration of at least 50 mm is High, at least 10 mm is Medium, others Low; approved and resolved clashes are Low. You can override any clash.
The check panel compares the clashes read against the totals and status counts in the report summary, and shows how many were left out by status or merged as duplicates.
