Yes. The files use only standard formulas (SUM, SUMIF, COUNTIF, INDEX/MATCH, IF), so they work in Microsoft Excel, the Excel and Google Sheets mobile apps, and LibreOffice. To use Google Sheets, upload the file to Google Drive and open it with Sheets.
The defaults are Delhi NCR market rates for October 2026 (cement ₹425 a bag, steel ₹66 a kg, labour ₹600 per sq ft). Every rate is a yellow input cell, so change it to your local rate and every sheet updates.
The toolkit uses the same thumb rules. A 1,200 sq ft plot, G+1, Standard finish, seismic zone IV gives ₹2,306 per sq ft, or about ₹55.3 lakh before GST, which is the same as the free Construction Cost Calculator.
