How it works
Questions (FAQ)
Is this a monthly subscription?
No auto-debit. You pay ₹299 for a month, or ₹1,599 once for 6 months. It does not renew by itself. When you pay again, the new days are added after your current end date.
Plan khatam hone ke baad mera data?
After the plan ends you get a 30-day grace period: you can open the app, see every entry and photo, and download the Excel and PDF House Book, but you cannot add entries or use voice. We email you reminders on day 15 and day 25. On day 30 we email you the full PDF House Book, then close the account and delete its data. Renew any time before that and everything stays.
Can my family use it?
One account is one email. Family members can sign in with the same email on their phones. Each account sees only its own homes.
Hindi mein bolkar entry ho jaayegi?
Yes. Choose Hindi / Hinglish and speak naturally, for example “Ramesh mistri ko 5000 advance diya”. The app fills the payment form; you check and save.
How are bill photos stored?
Photos are compressed on your phone and stored privately in your account. Only you can open them after signing in. Each photo can be up to about 450 KB after compression, and each account has 40 MB.
Is this the same as the CAD BOLT client portal?
No. The client portal is for our design and BIM clients. My Home Portal is a separate app for homeowners managing their own construction.
Are the calculators included?
Yes. While your My Home plan is active, the Construction Tools pass (normally ₹99 for 24 hours) is free on the browser where you are signed in: cost calculator with quotation PDF, cement, steel, brick, plaster and stair calculators, paint, interior, unit converter and Vastu checker. AI tools (AI BOQ, Home Planner, Render Studio, 2D to 3D) use their own credits.
How does Refer & earn work?
Every member gets a referral link. A friend who joins with it gets ₹50 off the first payment (₹249 or ₹1,549). You get 1 free month (30 days) after their payment is confirmed, up to 12 free months a year. Your own second account, phone, UPI or device does not count. There are no cash payouts.
